From the Chairman’s Desk
Vadnagar (District Mehsana), North Gujrat. The Village of Rishi-Muni’s (the Saints) in ancient times the birth place of many renowned personalities past and present too, Vadnagar existence is said to of Mahaprabhuji shree Krishna regime. I remember the great personalities like Dr. Dwarkadas Joshi who left his best medical practice in Mumbai to serve the people of Vadnagar as they were suffering from malaria, plague and typhoid not only his practice he left all his material wealth back to settle in Vadnagar. Inspired by this other viz:Shri Lalubhai Trambakram Vyasa educationist, Shri Nagindas Santheria, Shri Navnitlal L Shah, Shri Natvarlal Sheth, Shri Mathuradas Parikh, Shri Jivandas Sheth, Shri Kantilal U. Parikh, Shri Ramprasad K Sheth and many others gave birth to Shri Vadnagar Nagrik Mandal.
